MVR Ayurveda Medical College, Parassinikadavu, Kannur is the most reputed institution in Kerala in the field of Ayurveda medical education that has been committed to providing quality medical education. We offer several undergraduate and post graduate courses- B.A.M.S, BSc Nursing( Ayurveda), B.Pharm (Ayurveda) and Postgraduate Courses in Rasa Shastra, Panchakarma and Agada Tantra and is a KUHS-recognized PhD Centre for the same.
MVR Ayurveda Hospital, Parsinnikadavu has eminent and expert doctors in all clinical departments, well equipped laboratory with facilities for ECG, X-RAY. Our pride are our newly estabilished minor operation theatre equipped with all facilities for Ano-Rectal Speciality, Department of Shalya Tantra as well as our Post Covid Ayurveda Care Clinic at Pappinisseri, Department of Agada Tantra. Our Specialty OP Clinic at Stadium Complex, Kannur is our new branch to ensure that our facilities are easily accessible to more people.

The Pappinisseri Visha Chikitsa Kendram founded on January 1, 1964, is registered under Non-Profitable Charitable Trust Act, is the pioneer institution and is renowned for the treatment of snake bites, spiders other poisonous bites.
Our Snake Park Zoo situated in Parassinikkadavu, Kannur adjacent to the college campus is a research center for snake venom and was founded in 1972, for the conservation and protection of reptiles especially snakes and to provide awareness for the protection of wildlife.
